Students Complete Advanced Manufacturing Training Through MACWIC Program
May 28th MACWIC Training Graduation


MassHire Greater New Bedford Workforce Board congratulates the eight students who were awarded their MACWIC Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates as well as their OSHA 10 cards. They completed their Advanced Manufacturing training on May 28. The training consisted of 104 hours completed over thirteen days. Mass MEP provided instruction for the class, which included Basic Math, Metrology, Blueprint Reading, 3D Printing, Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing, Basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Statistical Process Control, ISO 9001, and Lean Manufacturing concepts. The training was funded by MassTech Collaborative.
